INGREDIENTS
2 lbs of fresh lima beans
3.5 oz of cured ham
1 onion
Lettuce
8 slices of homemade bread
Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Lightly fry the beans, onion and diced ham with olive oil. After a few minutes, add hot water until the beans are covered and add salt and pepper. Cook over low flame during an hour.
