Italian wheat soup


INGREDIENTS
9 oz of wheat
12 nuts
1 onion
Garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Soften the wheat in water. This will take a couple of hours.

Then put it in a pot with 1.5 L of water, processed onion and garlic. Add salt and pepper, cover the pot and simmer for 2 hours.

After two hours, add the processed nuts and let them boil for 15 minutes. Serve with extra virgin olive oil
