INGREDIENTS
10.5 oz of sugar
1 clove of garlic
6 tbsp. of olive oil
2 chives
1 chili pepper
Parsley
18 oz of "pelati" tomato (or tomato sauce)
Grated Parmesan cheese (or feta cheese)
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Cook the beans and garlic in 3 L of salty water; add the oil gradually along with the chives, minced pepper and parsley.
When a considerable part of water has boiled dry, add the tomatoes and continue cooking.
Serve with the grated cheese on top.
